Carmen Cabernet Sauvignon, Maipo Valley, 2004
Winemaker Comments: This wine shows a deep ruby color with powerful fruit aromas of blackberries, plums, strawberries and a touch of cassis. Four months of oak aging has given this wine its great complexity and aromas of vanilla and toasted oak. Good structure and balance, with a delightful, long fruit finish. Food Pairings: Enjoy with steak, roasts, pasta or hearty casseroles and stews. Product of Chile.
