It's not easy to do this. It requires patience, determination and sustainable farming practices. My family and I are committed to this process because we believe when you taste our wine, you can taste the unique terroir from each of our estate vineyards. This Meritage wine is a Bordeaux-style blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot, from several cooler regions with elevated vineyards delivering distinct flavors. Cold-soak fermentation, utilizing the saignee method and aging in a combination of French and American oak barrels provide sumptuous texture.
